Position & Responsibilities As Independent Cook I you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes. Your tasks include among others: Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place) Applying basic cooking techniques Thinking along and providing input about composition and adjustment of menus, menu card and working methods Being responsible for stock management and orders Technically guiding and supervising assistant(s). What do you bring as Independent Cook I? MBO level 3 work and thinking level Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques Independent, responsible and stress-resistant Team player with eye for quality and hygiene.
